Responsible for the management of both the football management team and the executive team and the first team squad of players. Management of the development of The Kuflink Stadium and the construction of a new £5.2m main stand with extensive internal facilities. Also managed the refurbishment of the Swanscombe End stand to increase the capacity by 2,000 spectators.

Retired from football having been headhunted to take up the role of Assistant to the General Manager with Ebbsfleet United FC. Had primary responsibility for commercial sales relating to advertising, sponsorship and specialist commercial packages.Prepared budgets for defined areas of responsibility and monitored performance and took remedial action as necessary.Secured a range of new commercial sponsorship agreements and managed the sponsorship relationships.Managed the reorganisation of the youth academy.Managed the construction of a £5.2m new main stand on a day to day basis including liaison with the project team consultants and the main contractor.
