I have 20 years experience in a low volume, high model mix manufacturing environment. Currently work as a Quality Engineer in the Quality department where there is a strong focus on cost of quality and the possible cause of rework. Six years as the Lean Administrator where I have assisted in the design, installation and supervision of an acquired production line starting in December of 2012. Accomplishments include developing the production layout, manpower requirements, with a 100 percent increase in production. Reduction of work processes by 10 percent, load leveling, development of standard work, creation of quality standards for the value stream. Created/maintained a value stream map for the processes, and Lead multiple Kaizen events.
