• Represented and defined the student customer voice. Automated customer service by creating an Intercom bot and help articles. Saves team 3.5hrs per week across the year.• Co-developed staff performance review criteria, which led to staff receiving quarterly updates on career and salary progression.• Key collaborator in developing company values. By making the values actionable and sharing them concisely, the team found it easier to know how to add value at work.• Built TikTok following of 3000 students in 3 months during the first lockdown, creating humorous videos, some which generated 100k views. TikTok engagement increased awareness of annual subscription offering, increasing sales.

• Set up and managed PR, in collaboration with external agency Sling & Stone. Assisted in generating 76 stories over 3 years, including NZ Herald, RNZ, BusinessDesk & The Spinoff. Direct report to CEO.

• Created the most popular writing competition for high school students in the world, the NCEA Comedy Writing Competition. 20,000+ entries since starting in 2017. The competition feeds the student community whose skills LearnCoach leverages to create courses for NCEA students, do user testing and gather data.• Established and led company's social media presence and voice.

• Generated 10 pages of topical jokes for 192 consecutive episodes of TV3's '7 Days' (Seasons 7-13), New Zealand’s highest rating comedy show. Material performed by Jeremy Corbett, Dai Henwood, Paul Ego etc.• Twice awarded Top Overall Spec Writer of the Year out of 32 writers.• Developed, presented and systematised the first spec writing training program in the show’s 10-year history.
