With a proven track record in identifying and securing project opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and leading successful business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:* Proactively identify and pursue potential projects in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region.* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant firms to collaborate on project opportunities.* Lead the development and management of EOIs and proposals for World Bank, ADB, and JICA-funded projects.* Actively participate in the submission of EOIs for key projects.* Recruit, manage, and lead a team of consultants with expertise in various engineering and development sectors, including water resources, water supply and sanitation, urban and regional development, coastal engineering, waste management, smart cities, and transportation infrastructure.Marketing and Branding:* Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition in target markets.* Manage public relations activities and foster strong relationships with industry stakeholders.* Strengthen the company’s online presence through strategic use of social media and other digital channels.
