I have 36 years of experience in key leadership roles within the Ag industry in addition to owning and operating my own small business. During this time I have traveled extensively and made friends throughout the United States and Canada. My passion is coaching people while growing market position in the Agricultural arena.Leading and developing teams while growing key account business relationships has resulted in superior company performance. I have extensive leadership skills in relationship management, change management and employee development which has resulted in bottom line results. My mind is creative and I have an entrepreneurial spirit with seems to resonate well with salespeople, customers and prospects. In addition to my professional experience, I started and successfully operated a part time pool/Spa and landscape business for over 20 years. Today my son operates the business and this has allowed me to try a variety of new opportunities. I am a curious person by nature and I love to learn. My love is helping others grow both personally and professionally.
