Inform and advise the management or repairmen for major repairs or maintenance. Respond to signals and directions by the staff and work in coordination with them.

Daily preparation of job-site including inspection of equipment to insure that it is safeand operational. Supervise, instruct and train up to 20 employees on proper assembly,installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems. Assist as needed in all aspectsof installation of solar systems. Verify that photovoltaic systems are in compliance withsite assessment and schematics. Perform site audits on job-site as required,takemeasurements, refer to blueprints. Coordinate, organize and prepare job-site forinspection process. Support branch staff with administrative support, includingorganization and maintenance of project.

Install photovoltaicpanels before they are connected to transformers and the grid for photovoltaic solarsystems.

Supervise the taking apart of interior structures in a safe manner while preserving theexterior portion and other areas not scheduled for demolition. Including demolition ofwalls, partitions, finishes, equipment, pipes, fittings, etc. as would be required for aninterior renovation project while protecting structure. Dismantlement of buildingcomponents, specifically for re-use, recycling, or waste management. Requiring asbestosabatement and / or lead-based paint abatement prior to demolition or deconstruction.

Consistently maintain aprofessional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the generalpublic.
