  Strip and repair various makes of industrial shredders, mobile and fixed. Travel around the country to carry various repairs to the shredders. Fault finding on hydraulics, electrics and pneumatics. Carry outhydraulic pressure testing. Strip down hydraulic components to check for failure and internal bypass. Carry out hydraulic pump changes.Re-pipe complete machine of steel hydraulic pipes and hydraulic hoses. Carry out services to engines and hydraulic systems.Remove and refit machines. Carry out installations of new machinery.Strip down cut out old parts on machines using oxy acetylene. Weld in new parts. Strip, shot blast, paint then refurbish complete machines. Cut off knife holders, fit new and weld in place. Strip down and replacebearings. Carry out hydraulic and electrical repairs. Read hydraulic and electrical schematics. Travel to Austria to help with modifications for the UK mobile shredder. In contact with manufacturer to help develop and address any issues. EG program issues. New faults EtcCarry out machine inspections, Make reports with any defects found.Advise manufacturer of design changes required and improvements on mobile shredders.Organize all repairs nationwide. Deal with all warranties and warranty repairs. Train operators on new mobile shredders and commission machine. Run all machine refurbishments in the workshop.Travel to Austria and inspect all new mobile shredders for the UK andmake a snag list. Then make sure all items listed are repaired before machine is delivered.
