About Dean Shultz
Over 20 years experience in the field of corporate learning and higher education systems training. I am a 'one person department' and deliver enterprise learning solutions on a wide variety of topics. I am a creative as well as analytical person and my hobbies are an extension of my work-self...I take what I do outside of work and implement it within work projects. Right now I am exploring how to develop a useful ROI measure for training. I will have a tool to help justify and prioritize development costs in a budget conscious environment. But I'm also very busy developing new courses, so I am exploring motion graphics to learn how to add-just-enough to a course and grab my users' attention, rivet it to the screen. I am very proud to have had a major role re-establishing a university training department. In the few months we’ve been ‘open’, we have seen significant increases to ILT and online training production. We are small but we are mighty.
