Lead development of a new mobile commerce product though our merger.Went though a acquihire where our Rails social network backend was combined with a LAMP ecommerce backend. The product vision was to let users buy and sell their wardrobes or apparel.Challenges solved were combining two relational production backends into one. We also combined security and auth for two different production systems into one.

Created award winning native iOS and Android products with our amazing team.The product was a social network for individuals to share and discover fashion. Users would upload content of what they were wearing and tag with brand names.We built technology which would use that content to recommend to fashion apparel one might be interested in. We were also able to show users how to dress by looking at correlations for how items they own or are interested in would look wardrobe wise based on users uploaded content.

Co-founded Amuzu with Josh Roth (CTO of Ring.com) to create iOS applications for college students. Boot strapped startup where we created iOS apps which would let students see their schedule of classes, news paper and other campus life content.We were creating iOS apps when the 2nd iPhone came out, iPhone 3G and developers were on NDA to develop with the iOS SDK.Created .NET Rest APIs and the native iOS client with small team.

Cinemanow was an entertainment technology company competing in the early days with iTunes and Vudu in digital distribution of movies and TV shows. Company had raised 40 million in venture funding. Led .NET engineering team to integrate various set-top and handheld consumer devices with Cinemanow's content library.Created SOAP based services which would allow 3rd party devices to authenticate, purchase, and consume media content.

Worked at an Education Tech startup that was acquired by Blackboard Inc. Worked with Josh Roth (CTO @ Ring.com) to create a mass communication service for universities.Created multi-threaded backend windows service that would pull contacts from a SQL DB and send out SMS communications via API gateway. Also created full stack classic ASP applications for the client and admin portals.

Database developer and data engineer for HP / Compaq's North and South Americas sales and revenue BI team.

Worked on technology team for Koch brother's trading platform.Technology team was creating classic ASP applications to support traders, analysts, and other roles to help analyze and automate their trading desk functions.

Sitelite was a managed service provider which provided monitoring and alerting services for physical bare-metal server infrastructure.This was before the cloud infrastructure days, so our technology team would build plugins that would be installed on Unix and Windows servers which would be polling various applications and services for SLA metrics.Wrote SNMP bash script which would collect metrics for Solaris servers and report back to our server for analysis and reporting.Created classic ASP full stack apps for clients to log in and view their bare metal infrastructure's performance and uptime.
