Personal Banker
- Assist customers by delivering exceptional customer experience, building relationships, and helping consumer and small business customers succeed financially- Proactively engage customers in conversations to better understand their financial needs to enable strong service support- Maintain knowledge of and offer a full range of Wells Fargo products and services, and digital options to help customers succeed financially based on the customer's need- Build relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up- Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests and submitting credit applications- Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed- Make introductions to other bankers and partners to help meet customer’s broader financial needs- Inform customers of self-service digital options (as appropriate) to make banking easier for them- Follow policies and procedures to minimize risk- Maintain a cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing and spend up to 30% of time completing service-related tasks as needed
