In this role I provided focused behaviour support to specific pupils ranging from KS3 to KS4. I worked closely with the Inclusion Manager to identify pupils displaying behaviours of concern. I worked closely with the Inclusion Manager to identify pupils displaying behaviours of concern. This support had different forms depending on the individual pupil. The main interventions used were one to one mentoring sessions, behaviour reports, progress plans and delivery of anger management sessions to pupils in both individual and group settings. I was also an integral part of helping to run the school behaviour unit, where I would supervise tutoring sessions, where I would ensure academic progress was being made, and any barriers to learning were identified. In this role I assisted the commercial manager and senior quantity surveyors with their work on the Yorkshire Water mains rehabilitation contract. I was required to visit various construction teams throughout the Yorkshire region, and record their work output. I was required to work closely with Yorkshire Water agents in order to negotiate any variations to agreed works, and ensure that any additional work that wasn't previously agreed was costed and paid for by the client.
