As a metal fabricator with a level 6 trade certificate (Distinction) from Cork Institute of Technology, I have developed a wide range of skills and experience in pipe fitting and boiler making. I work in different areas of the industry, such as distillery, pharmaceutical, mining, and structural engineering projects. Currently, I am a pipefitter at BRE Engineering, where I perform pipe work and boiler repair on navy vessels, using various welding techniques such as stick, mag/mig, and tig. I did also work as a metal fabricator at Foynes Engineering Limited, where I create and install brackets, supports,and frames, following engineering drawings and specifications. I have a high level of proficiency in working with dairy, sch, and mild steel pipes and structures, as well as in conducting quality and safety checks.I've experience in oxy-acetylene cutting ,pre heating and the maintenance of mining equipment and vehiclesI am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in my field. I work well independently or within a team, and I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I am looking for an opportunity that will help me progress my career and expand my knowledge in pipe fitting and Boilermaking.
