I am a passionate building services manager who is adaptable to any challenge whilst having a positive outlook. I am a competitive, committed, and great team player that forms trusted relationships with all stakeholders. He is also an excellent communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills with a proven track record of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to Icon, the project objectives and goals.Responsibilities include : Estimating / Tendering – review drawings and submissions for all trades Complete all technical submission signoffs from contractors, consultant and client team Resolve any site roadblocks in conjunction with the site management team – ie peno’s, locational, inaccuracies and services clashes Provide on-site services technical guidance for the site management team Coordinate and manage the site visit report process with the services consultant and ensure items closed out and tracked in conjunction with the subcontractors and management Chair weekly services meeting with the services subcontractors. Ensure all actions are followed through, resolved and closed out in a timely manner Manage the Independent Commissioning Agent process and responsible for the overall management delivery of the testing and commissioning Be the first point of contact for all stakeholder services queries, take the lead to manage the process Arranging all utility connections in line with the requirements of the Master Programme Reconcile and close out all subs QA Plans and T&C Seismic design Site observations and training (handover procedures) O&M template and O&M manuals HS&E – site safety procedures adhered to and exceed safe working practices Show less
