I am a current sophomore at Purdue University West Lafayette studying Computer Engineering with a minor in Business Management. I am interested in both the hardware and software components of computers, specifically robotics, chip design, AI, and machine learning. I also partake in supplemental learning as a part of the John Martinson Honors College at Purdue.I possess skills such as coding in C, python, coding, breadboarding, digital chip design, and robotics. Much of my learning has came through my coursework and through personal projects. Some relevant courses I have taken are Data structures, and Digital systems design. Some projects I have worked on both personally and through coursework include a VR football throwing simulator where I used Unity VR to create a recreational VR game and robots designed to navigate a maze and follow a line for honors engineering course. I am also a part of ECE Student Society and Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity. Through these extra curriculars, I have gained valuable skills such as effectively communicating my ideas, web design, and event planning. The main way I apply my skills from my computer engineering coursework to my extra curricular is through web design, as I am part of the ECESS web design committee and have developed and maintained my fraternity’s website.
