CurrentEstablished the KATEK brand of Steca product range across all industry verticals segments, created & achieved key dealer networks in Australia and pacific region. Initiated product training, coaching. Established local logistics, service and warranty partners. Achieved Refusol target of $5.8m euro from start-up business which had produced consistent growth in volume in all regions including New Zealand. Chromagen, won several major contracts including Bovis Lend Lease, Hotondo, Mertion Construction and Bunnings acquisition which produced $4.1m in Revenue through effective relationship building, negotiation & designing solutions to meet the client’s needs... Negotiated PNG contract estimated value $1.7m for Work Smart Equipment, developed implementation & strategy to provide Darwin Council Capital Equipment on schedule within the contractual agreement that has been recognised as a best practice. Successfully increased Foxtel market penetration from 2% to 45% within a 2 year period and was the only Foxtel division to achieve 51% market share within a five-year period during a time when the national market had subsided. It was achieved with an employee turnover of less than 2%.
