I have a very strong customer services background including face to face, business to business, retail and most strongly customer service via telephone (inbound/outbound calls) due to the nature of these positions it is essential you are able to meet targets and in some cases deadlines and are able organize your own paperwork & documents accordingly to achieve what is expected. It is due to experience and my ability to learn new things i.e programs, software and in-house data entry systems. I am an avid learner, competent computer user and confident person with multiple years experience of working predominantly in customer-focused environments (including retail and telesales). I have additional experience from my employment history however previous to this with machinery and computers (in both an office and warehouse environments), handling money and sensitive financial information (in accordance with data protection act) and inhouse company software programs (Including micro management of and establishing processes necessary for new ones) and over 5+ years of training within sales & customer services. I consider myself to be adaptable to change and am always looking to apply knowledge and experience to new areas and situations as they arise. I'm friendly and open minded person, whole-hearted in efforts, able to follow instructions and work within a team as a reliable, determined and ambitious individual.
