• Catalogue production and capacity planning for the 10 annual RS Catalogue productions (comprising 32 versions, over 33k pages in 8 languages and 18 different currencies); considering the complex dependencies across a layered Content Management System (STEP4)• Capturing and interpreting strategic business requirements and deadlines to produce a consolidated multi-market production and resource plan; providing a firm view of capability and capacity of both the system and people resource• Providing overall control and management of the content system; understanding and scheduling system activities effectively and efficiently in order to ensure that ‘up-time’ is maximised.• Implementing and managing progress reporting tools; providing mechanisms with which to provide clear visibility of progress.• Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels required for all Production activity and managing any necessary recruitment, including conducting interviews

• Responsible for creation and maintenance of Catalogues across many different countries including, English, French, German and Italian.• Managed the new page turner project within our department which has seen us develop a new type of media for our customers. • Mentored many people through the different processes within the department and also managed the team in my managers absence
