As a Shift Manager I lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. I adapted very quickly to all tasks required at McDonalds, and became an extremely reliable worker and one of the most skilled members of staff, which resulted in me beginning the Crew Trainer Programme. I was promoted to a Crew Trainer in January 2018.
