Since January 2018 i have been working for ASG Group across multiple sites nationwide, initially as a Quality Manager for a single site to my current role as a HSE Manager for all Group sites.Current role January 2020 Group Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for multiple sites Key responsibilities to centralise and standardise HSE standards across a group of aerospace and tooling manufacture businesses. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director and working closely with all site MD's to push through improvement activities and have a positive impact on HSE culture and management in line with Regulations and Legislations.Previous role January 2018 - December 2019:Quality Manager of a Composites Manufacturing Facility.Key Responsibilities were to align the business to acquire the AS9100 Rev D accreditation in a 6 month timeline driven by a group initiative.Drive continuous improvements across the facility to make us more competitive and efficient.Previous role July 2017 - December 2017: Contract Quality Engineer at a turbine blade coatings facility with around 150 employees.Key responsibilities include NADCAP auditing, concession and FAIR compilation, RCCA/8D investigationsPrevious role November 2016 - June 2017: Production Manager of a Composites Manufacturing Facility leading a team of around 60 employees. Key responsibilities include capacity planning, scheduling, resource managementPrevious role June 2014 - November 2016: Interim Quality Manager leading a small team to successfully maintain AS9100 accreditation whilst making improvements to the Quality Management System.Customer facing engineer experienced in dealing with customer queries, audits, FAIRs & documentation in accordance with ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP & SABRe 2 requirements.Responsibilities include internal auditing & maintaining the Quality Management System.Key member of a NADCAP implementation/accreditation team in a composites facility. Carrying out gap analysis, incorporating potential new factory layouts, looking into new technologies and equipment.Owner of a LEAN Continuous Improvement Board identifying possible opportunities of monetary savings for the business.
