About Dean Warren

For the last 4 years I have been working in a Prince2 Environment as an Implementation Manager for DXC contracted to a DXC customer to oversee the Tech refresh & Windows 7 Rollout worldwide. Then a further software and user migration to another format, Their estate was still at XP, and my role was to Liaise with individual sites and all involved parties to plan a suitable LIP (local implementation plan) to ensure business continuity and provide a smooth transition to Win7, there was a software upgrade overnight in stages and then a physical Ram Upgrade the following day, ensuring Teams for Ram upgrades and hardware swaps were all in place, being onsite to assist with App migration and PC failures I have travelled all over the UK and as far as Bahrain and the Falkland Islands on this Project. I have seen this Project through to the last site. My previous desktop support and floor walking roles have all helped me deliver a high level of service.
