This was done by designing a program of work focusing on a Financial Health check, preparing budgets, preparing cash flows, running financial reporting and monthly dashboards. The profit project also looked at wealth creation for business owners.The results of the project included improving the profit of some offices by over 10%.Other duties included board reporting, tax strategies, treasury management, risk management, strategic advice, capital management, debt management, budget setting and team leadership.
