Provide technical support, including telephony, email, network, public wifi, hardware, and software for the facility. Administer and support the laptops, desktops and servers on the facility, LAN/WAN, storage and replication, DNS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, updating, patching, and reimaging of Windows 7, XP machines, as well as Windows Server 2003 and 2008. Maintain and administer firewalls and SPAM blockers from Barracuda, Watchguard, and Untangle. Support and administer phones, using 3Com on a VOIP system, and the desk phones themselves.

Provide all of the technical support, including telephony, network, hardware, and software for the facility. Maintain and support all the laptops, desktops and servers on the facility, updating, patching, and reimaging as well as maintain a public network for clients that are visiting while their plane is being repaired. Support all phones, including the PBX with Audix, the desk phones themselves, and Spectralink phones and system, including punching down new phone lines and running rj-45 and rj-11 wire for new drops within the facility for the PC/LAN infrastructure. Coordinated with General Dynamics headquarters and our facility on planned network and server outages for system upgrades and improvements, mostly in the overnight hours when the facility was between shifts. Provide technical support, diagnosing and solving all hardware and software problems on site as well as off, for surrounding companies in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. Provided support as well as upgrades for such companies as F.L. Roberts, Schiffer Dental, Holyoke Public School System, and The Hartford Capitol Building.

Provide technical support to the customer service department as well as the managers and route drivers in locations all over the east coast. Trained the route drivers and managers on the new computer system we implemented, named ResQ. Travel to each branch, and spend a few weeks with the route driver teaching them the new Palm handheld system and how it works with continued technical support.

Provided technical support, including all necessary upgrades and imaging to computer users throughout the manufacturing facility.

Worked as the cashier mostly on second and third shifts. Provided customer service, maintained and cleaned the bathrooms, stocked shelves, made coffee, mopped the floors, cleaned the trash outside and made sure the store remained presentable for customers. Second and third shifts were a single employee position, so I was the only person at the store on those shifts.

Worked part time, while attending Southwick/Tolland Regional High School, started working as a grocery bagger, became a cashier, responsible for the cash in the drawer, worked at the Customer Service desk, and as a grocery clerk stocking shelves.
