I mentor and develop others using my own learning experiences, encouraging open and honest dialogue.As a Senior Business Analyst I have been key in implementing new payments regulation, helping new and existing products comply with complex legalities.As a Project Manager/Business Analyst I managed and led the Bulk Coin In project for the whole of RBS Coin, covering 3 Coin Processing Centres with BCI counting machines at each site and circa 1300 BCI machines in branches.
