In addition to this we are responsible for all fixed and mobile plant (lighting sets and generators), explosives handling equipment, pit dewatering pumps, mobile crib huts and other trailers.In addition to my ancillary duties, I often perform relief supervisor duties to the Mobile Maintenance workshop in the absence of incumbent supervisors. This exposes me to management of maintenance activities of the site's exploration and production drills, diggers, loaders and 'dozers and haul and dump trucks. During my career in the Australian Defence Force I was involved in numerous levels of the aircraft maintenance world ranging from junior tradesman through to Sergeant maintenance manager (supervisor).My duties involved a number postings throughout Australia and many deployments throughout the world. Apprenticeship in busy dealership carrying out full range of repairs and overhauls on John Deere, Chamberlain and Allis Chalmers farm machinery.
