About Dean Young

I'm an Operations Change Lead within Camlin Group, based in Lisburn. I'm building up a skillset in Engineering Change Management. I learnt the abstract in Ulster University's Engineering Management course, and supplemented this with a degree in Corporate and Investing Finance so as to understand where a business fits in its environmental landscape. In practise, I'm leading alignment of internal operations to maximise adaptability to change, cost based efficiency and continually improve footholds in competitive advantages.
