Responsible for the following on all UHT Steriliser across the site to include Rossi & Catelli, SPX sterilisers Homogenisers and Bertoli Homogenisers. Safety of all personnel operating and maintaining the plants also including SPX and GEA service Engineers, carrying out safety audits on each service event. Performance of the UHT Sterilisers keeping PE to a high level with a robust maintenance plan including yearly in house overhauls and performing a standardisation across the site. Fault rectification including route cause analysis with feedback to suppliers and sharing knowledge across the group. Quality raising the quality standards on site with keen eye for sterility of the finished product. Improvements to gain the best possible quality results.

Experience in Rockwell Automation, Endress+Hauser instrumentation, Steam, Homogenisation, Asi safety devices, fault diagnosis in PLC programmes and Wonderware software.
