I am an experienced office administrator, with a passion for looking after our client base. Some of which are undertaking 1 and 2 year NVQ’s and some who sign up for our short courses. Here in the administration office, we are constantly striving to streamline our processes alongside considering the effect we have on the planet. Most of my work is E Mail based and I pride myself at being a great communicator.I love statistics and data and will often develop a new process for others to follow.I would describe myself as a Loyal, passionate and dedicated employee within the company
