As a a scientist by training and a communicator by trade, I have always had a love for science and found myself asking the bigger questions. I enjoyed my years at the lab bench, gained valuable molecular biology experience, and quickly found a passion for communicating science to others. New England Biolabs is a leading supplier of reagents for molecular biology research. As the Associate Director of Marketing Communications at NEB, I am involved the strategic planning of marketing campaigns and corporate communications, as well as continuing to uphold and evolve the NEB brand. I also oversee the planning and execution of print and digital content that is scientifically accurate and engaging. This content is used globally by NEB marketing and sales, as well as to enrich the NEB website. With over 20 years of experience in the life science industry, I have gained a good understanding of customer needs and am always researching and adapting new methods of communication to engage our customers. In my spare time, I enjoy conducting science in my own kitchen – as an avid baker, I love to share new recipes with family and friends.
