Lead Interface with Military customer – process driven – trust and relationship building – Responsible for demand planning and execution of all Military Programs within Bell Helicopter focused on driving down delinquencies and improving on time delivery; while also managing the demand planning teams for our major Military Programs. Managed Product Based Logistics (PBL) contract execution, providing direct support to the Marines and Air Force, as the key Bell leader interfacing with NAVSUP/NAVAIR on a daily basis and providing a critical communication between the OEM and the U.S. Government. Quickly won the trust of the customer allowing Bell Helicopter to move fast in obtaining an adjustment to the target cost and ultimately improved margin. Directly repsonsible for the Test and Evalutation team. Key leader leveraged for her earned value expertise to complete the integration of the entire program plan into one Integrated Master Schedule while also developing the Testing and Evaluation detailed plan for the entire Period of Performance (5 year plan)

Integrated Product Team Leader for the H1 Rotors and Drives Systems ensuring cost, schedule, management of all Government contracted initiatives, as well as coordinates technical support to the UH-1Y, AH-1Z and AH-1W fleet of aircraft in regards to Rotors and Drives systems components. Manages a team of technical leads, design engineers, and structural analysts while also closely coordinating with the procurement, quality, manufacturing engineering, and production teams to ensure design is implmented from inception to product delivery. Accountable for all H1 rotors and drives engineering support to four Bell manufacturing plants within the DFW area.

Managed all V-22 Rotors Cost Reduction Initiatives as the technical Projects lead for the V-22 Rotors Team responsible for the development, execution, and oversite of projects involving high level technical tasks, schedule and cost management, and overal implementation.

Provide guidance to, and manage the quality engineering processes. Daily interaction with process engineers, design engineers, and manufacturing personnel over multiple value streams to identify root cause and corrective actions to support the reduction of product defects and increase delivery.• Expert at using the Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Eight Discipline Processes to implement continuous improvement, reduce process variation, and expand lean principles in the factory while executing root cause analysis and corrective action. Performance driven professional recognized with a sound comprehension of process improvements, improved process capability and stability, increased process throughput and yield, reduction in process cycle time, improved delivery performance, statistical process control, and variation reduction.As a Quality Engineer I continually looked for opportunities to learn and grow within the Bell Community. I was continually relied upon to fill project management type roles as quality corrective actions stretched across Centers of Excellance - leading teams to solve complex problems. I was not afraid to take on additional responsibilities. I worked hard to learn all aspects of the business and was noted for wearing many hats.

During my first tour in Korea, I was entrusted to work a position two labor grades higher than assigned. I used this time to develop my organizational and communication skills as I was responsible for strategic signal systems spread across 31 separate locations. After Korea I moved to Fort Campbell, KY and joined the team of the 101st Airborne (Air Assault) Division. I deployed twice with the Division for a total of two years in Iraq. I was tried and tested during my Iraq deployments and I feel strongly that my drive, character, self reliance, and passion to get the job done was firmly entrenched in my personal being during these experiences. My abilities as a project leader were further developed and tested as I personally planned and led five ground assault convoys through Iraq; covering over 1,200 square kilometers losing zero personnel or equipment. My abilities to think outside the box and collaborate to come up with innovative solutions to problems was noted during my time as a Battalion Communications officer; as I was faced with the constant challenge of maintaining data connectivity in Iraq. While stateside my responsibilities never ceased; being chosen to fill the position of Battalion Adjutant for the Special Troops Battalion in direct support of the 101st Division Staff - a position out of my normal duties. At the completion of my Army Career I had earned two Meritorious Service Medal and two Army Commendation Medal for my exemplary service to our Nation.
