Incorporating traditional and digital tactics as well as in-store elements: IRC, receipt marketing and mobile coupons while building and cultivating client relations. Support merchant teams in regards to planogram process, product placement, store execution and marketing/signing initiatives. Manage communication and store education for all Appearance categories for 3400 stores.

Hold team accountable by creating timing & action reports. Supervise the execution of planograms, store plan redlines and communication of planogram information to 1700 stores through the Tie Functionality system. Collaborate with supply chain team merchants to better execute inventory flow and drive continuous improvement.

Trained team members on inventory/planogram systems and presentation Best Practices. Understand inventory flow process through the Tie Functionality and ProSpace system. Served as primary contact for store concerns regarding layout and product placement.

Partnered with merchant teams to build planograms, assist with fit issues and clarify presentation standards for all Target stores. Led grocery team in reserving space, collaborating with food vendors, and assisting buyers with regard to maximizing capacity.

Led response team in regard to guest inquiries about compliance, discrimination, injury and owned brand food issues. Lead contact for owned brand food buyers and claims area.

Supported schools in gaining Non-Profit status and enrolling in the “Take Charge of Education” fundraising program through the Target Credit Card.
