I specialize in commercial litigation and business disputes, including matters involving securities laws, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, defamation, tortious interference, unjust enrichment, and partnership and employment disputes. I also represent clients in internal investigations and investigations and proceedings commenced by the Securities & Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, State Attorneys General, FINRA, and other governmental agencies.
