The wife of our late founder Joe Galloway, Deana has been with ATOL since the beginning. She has has been involved in all facets of our business and is also a former massage therapist herself (2006 graduate of Healing Arts Center of St. Louis, MO).In her current role as Human Resources & Recruiting Manager, Deana ensures that ATOL’s roster of massage therapists remains the best in our industry, period! She is responsible for all of our recruiting efforts and oversees the processing of new-hires and current therapists. Most importantly, Deana is here to support our therapists administratively in whatever they need to be ready and able to step on the casino floor and focus 100% on providing the best player massage experience possible!

Oversee of the day to day operations at all our casinos that we provided our massage therapy services. Created schedules of all LMT's in our organization on a month-to-month basis. Handled all Administrative issues. Conducted interviews with potential candidates for new positions within the company across 7 different casinos. Provided onsite training to all new hires when beginning services at a new casino. Manage files on all our Independent Contractors State Massage Licenses and liability insurance so all such info is current and up-to-date. Have team meetings with Lead Therapists weekly to address any issues at hand.

Started out as a server, taking food, drink orders for guests. After a few months, I was promoted to Asst. Manager. Would oversee daily operations of restaurant. Daily meetings with team members, worked as an expeditor, managed all servers, took care of guests who were not happy, handled all monies at the end of the night, closed restaurant and deposited money every night at bank.

Worked closely with team members in answering phone calls from conference participants, register their attendance and hotel booking online via an online registration site. Made special arrangements for VIP's, weekly meetings with clients, reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, onsite set up/tear down of registration desk, check in participants in a timely manner.
