I am the City of Tempe's Water Resources Hydrologist, managing groundwater related tasks, including potable groundwater supply well diagnostics, evaluation and rehabilitation; siting and installing new supply wells, monitoring groundwater efforts related to Tempe Town Lake; and related groundwater issues throughout the community. I have joined a great team of engineers, scientists and technicians, all focused on serving the community.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

I was the Environmental Program Manager at Vernadero, providing engineering and environmental consulting and implementation services in support of DoD clients. I oversaw environmental, compliance, engineering and natural resources efforts on behalf of the firm.

Managing the environmental site assessment and corrective actions division of the firm. Also building a groundwater services group and opened an office in Tempe (Phoenix Metro area) AZ. We are an 8(a) Small Business, veteran owned, and have significant expertise in environmental assessment, remediation, occupational safety and health, air quality and groundwater sciences.

Managed a staff of engineering, geology and environmental professional in the Phoenix Arizona Metro area. Consulted for numerous projects in the energy, public works, private commercial and mining industries. Previously worked in Converse's Las Vegas office in the UST group and Groundwater group; transferred to open Converse's Elko Nevada office in 1997; transferred to Phoenix, Arizona to open and manage this office in 2006, and despite the economy grew the office to a staff of 20 with annual sales in the $1.5 to $2.5M range.

Worked in the San Bernardino and Las Vegas offices, initially on the USAF BMO MX program, then on groundwater development consulting projects.

Student research assistant in the Precambrian Research Group while pursuing my MS in Geology/Geochemistry.
