Over my career, I have contributed to the business development within the food and beverage industries inclusive of farms, restaurants, bars, hotels and cafes from some of the worlds largest corporations to the smallest family owned ventures. I have accessed valuable experience and information to develop skills and trades across several countries and continents over 20 years in the industry.I continue my journey by accessing information first hand through touring and working across the world to experience and continuously learn from different cultures and the efficiencies within different industries they have thrived upon. After completing a decade of traveling throughout the world, I have taken all information and concepts I have learnt and created Sunny Rays Catering to showcase to the community.
