Technical Support Engineer
CurrentI work at the Technical Support Center for HMC MERA. One of my primary responsibilities is to do phone diagnostics of faulty medical equipment. I ship proper parts and initiate service requests to dispatch a Field Service Engineer. I also perform depot service repairs to get equipment back in operating conditions to be sent back to facilities.I have taken the primary lead over one of the company's primary clients, Paxman. I take pride in managing our stocked inventory and getting the database caught up with proper transactions to reflect accurate data.Having an IT background, I am able to be a valuable asset to my colleagues in regard to our database system. I learned more about the Infor system MERA uses and am able to provide important Data Views and critical numbers. This provides valuable data to my colleagues in a much shorter time than the way they were finding this information before.
