Telecommunications Development Corporations provides technological solutions for the City of New Orleans. As the Mainframe Lead Manager for the City of New Orleans Payroll Systems, I manage programmers on development and maintenance of the current system designe, work with the City of New Orleans staff to resolve, design and incorporate TDC solutions and support and provide 24/7 support. My responsibilities range from designing new changes to the payroll system, repairing flaws found in accounting/ledger software, and provide multiple solutions to the City of New Orleans.

Northrop Grumman – Defense Systems Senior Analyst 2006-3/2008 Design, code and development for multiple of programs and systems. Collaborate with a team of developers for current project and related projects for ETL conversion of Dept. of Defense legacy system to DB2/People Soft platform. ETL conversion from legacy systems to the largest human resource database and warehouse to date, the Defense Department Initiative Human Resource System (DIHMRS). Accomplishment project has, to date, generated 4 gigabytes of data into the DIMHRS platform (DB2 with People Soft Interface) IBM Web Sphere Messenger, eSQL, PL/SQL,DB2, Oracle and People Soft systems; life cycle development: design, testing, Q&A, production. Manage and direct all aspects of assigned projects involving software development, new technology configuration, and coding/debugging, along with in-depth training for staff members who utilize the technology.
