I then successfully implemented full table service in a further two sites. As a result of performance, two of these three businesses became designated training houses, I established an outside table service and exceeded year-end sales and profit targets. In this role I ensured budgeted sales and profit lines were exceeded whilst ensuring customer service standards and brand standards are adhered to at all times. I also continually shared best practice to create a productive multi-skilled team through innovative training, an effective communication structure and the use of SMART objectives.
