Co-founded Wescap Capital in October 2011. Wescap Capital is a financial services firm based in Western Canada. Wescap works with private companies in Western Canada providing business brokerage services to businesses with enterprise valuations of less than $30 million dollars. Wescap Capital works with entrepreneurs and private equity groups looking to acquire new businesses or make strategic acquisitions to expand their existing portfolio. Wescap Capital also manages its own funds providing investment capital to businesses that meet defined investment parameters.

Free Energy Power Corporation is a Vancouver based firm focused upon developing clean energy technology solutions for the oil and gas industry. Project focus includes heat recovery applications for heavy oil applications and the development of a power generation plant incorporating oil processing operations in Northern Alberta. As President of FEPC worked with design engineers and technical team on the construction of a 1 MW electricity generation plant utilizing waste energy from oil processing operations. Negotiated power purchase agreements with a multinational exploration and development company. Also negotiated grant funding with a Provincial Government to facilitate construction of the project. Also worked with design engineers and fabricators on the development of waste recovery product applications for heavy oil facilities in Alberta.

Managed all facets of operations of an oilfield service company comprising 300 employees with a revenue base of $60 million. Developed and implemented a strategic plan to integrate the business operations of five independent businesses extending throughout the Province of Alberta. Worked closely with financial partners and lenders securing equity and debt financing of approximately $25 million to close acquisitions. Developed and implemented an integration strategy including standardization of quality control procedures and safety program certification throughout the organization. Created a business development team focused on building the Crossfire service brand in the Western Canadian oil and gas industry.

Co-founded oil and gas exploration company focused on the exploration and development of natural gas reserves in West Central Alberta. Mirada Energy developed a shallow gas exploration play with joint venture partner Reliable Energy Ltd. The joint venture negotiated a farm-in agreement comprising fifty two sections of land with Exxon Mobile Corporation (Imperial Oil). Managed day-to-day operations comprised of drilling and completion expenditures of joint venture. Secured private equity financing of $3.0 million to fund initial exploration expenditures of joint venture. Subsequently negotiated the merger of Mirada Energy with venture partner, Reliable Energy Ltd. Reliable was subsequent acquired by Crescent Point Energy Corp.

Co-founded and managed day to day operations for start-up company focused on software development and product offerings tailored to the digital video surveillance and consumer electronic marketplace. Developed business strategy necessary to move through software development and product development stages of business to sale and distribution of finished products. Negotiated and closed software license agreements with industry dominant original equipment manufacturers in the United States and Pacific Asia region. Completed initial public offering of business on the TSX Ventures Exchange and negotiated and completed the acquisition of privately held software development companies focused on digital rights management.

Managed merger and acquisition activity of IPEC Ltd., an oilfield service company providing small and medium diameter pipeline, facility and oilfield construction services. IPEC generated a revenue base of approximately $260 million. Responsible for the evaluation, negotiation and acquisition of private oilfield service companies in Western Canada and the United States. Negotiated and completed the acquisition of operating assets of Delta Pipeline Limited for $8.1 million. Also completed the acquisition of two oilfield service companies for $3.2 million. Member of the senior management team that negotiated the sale of IPEC Ltd. to Flint Energy Services for $190 million.

Recruited by CEO to develop an integration strategy for company which had completed nine acquisitions of privately held oilfield service companies. Managed day to day business operations of company comprised of nine business units and approximately 1,500 employees. Focus involved the integration of nine independent oilfield service companies providing seismic construction, fabrication and oilfield construction in Canada, the United States and internationally. Initiated and completed an operational review and eventual restructuring resulting in the closure, and reorganization of under performing business units. Negotiated the sale of under performing business units outside the strategic focus of the company. Implemented a business strategy for the company to obtain higher optimization of the company's people and equipment. Developed a turn-key business strategy encompassing seismic construction services to the oil and gas industry.
