Principal Business Analyst

To lead investigations into potential solutions, liaise with technical experts and business stakeholders, and contribute to design and costing of solutions that enable the SNZ business plan while maintaining alignment with technology strategy and architectural roadmaps. Key Accountabilities- Apply analytical skills and techniques to understand, validate, synthesise, articulate problems, opportunities, requirements, options and solutions.- Facilitate solution design workshops.- Lead the development of solution design documents, solution design reviews and analysis of functional changes to systems.- Review and approve system requirements and technical design. - Identify interdependencies across multiple projects and balances competing demands to ensure project objectives are achieved. - Identify gaps in technology roadmaps and capability skillsets that may inhibit solution/project delivery.- Sponsor and lead relevant community of practice & contributes to external professional community forums.
