At Jackie Cooper imports, I started as a Porter, which transported cars to and from the service drive and helped shuttle customers, then I moved into the role as a service advisor. After a couple months of training, I was tasked with assisting the service advisors across dealership in helping customers maintaining their vehicle, writing all internal vehicles purchased by Imports, and assisting the manager with developing tactics to develop a higher standard in customer service.
