Hi, I’m Dean. I’m a hybrid thinker currently focused on building better and more successful businesses and products.I have 10 years experience in starting, running and growing small businesses and I’m most excited when learning/exploring/testing a new skill, opportunity or idea. Currently I'm the director and chief lighting expert at Lightcore & neue and in my spare time you'll catch me learning about and practicing self development, team building, public speaking, and management. My superpowers include (but are not limited to): public speaking, idea creation, small business development, sales and and having a childlike curiosity. I love doing improv comedy, taking trips to places I know nothing about, learning, and hanging out with my daughter Ava and Aussie Shephard Hiro.
