Working in the wireless communications industry since early 1980 has helped me to better serve the two way radio, walkie talkie and business communications needs of our customers.I understand the many aspects of equipment specifications, programming, installation, training and maintenance of these business communications system. This experience has been and continues to be very rewarding for me.Early in business as a VP Co-Owner of Amerizon wireless I took on the challenge of developing new ways of serving our customers. I was Persistent with our goal of becoming the first U.S. distributor of Mitsubishi Electronics. Repeated rejections did not deter my goal and eventually we were successful. This venture was our entry into Amerizon Wireless’ Ecommerce division and the start of our coveted Inside Sales Department focused on Two-way Radios, Walkie-Talkies, Motorola, Vertex and related wireless equipment.Over the years I’ve been fortunate to be able to participate in hiring, training and supporting many members of our wireless communications division. Working with these professionals to serve our wireless communications customers with their 2-way business needs is very enjoyable to me.Today I am excited to be a part of our Inside Sales team and to work with our Public Service, Hotel chains, Restaurant chains, School Districts, Police Departments, Fire Departments, the Military, Manufacturing Plants and many other fabulous customers who need the wireless communications systems Amerizon Wireless provides for their businesses or organizations.Working with new employees in our customer’s businesses is enjoyable for me as well. I like to help these young professionals learn the industry and be successful in their careers as they use two-way radios, walkie-talkies and other Motorola wireless systems in their businesses.

In this business I was able to help real estate investors with short term loans. I enjoyed working with builders and developers as they overcame financing challenges on projects that would never occur if they did not have rapid access to solid financing.This work was very rewarding to me as I met lots of people who needed this help and because of my involvement they were able to be successful in their real estate endeavors.

Working with my brother we developed property in Harnett County North Carolina on beautiful wooded lots near Fort Bragg. Today this property is surrounded by beautiful Golf Courses, including Anderson Creek Golf Course.This project was a lot of work, yet enjoyable and rewarding in many ways. I am glad I got to work with my brother to visualize and create this development, and then seeing it grow to what it has become today.I consider this another one of my business successes and enjoy talking with people about this work.

An entrepreneur will develop a solution to just about any problem they are faced with. In 1984 There were lots of Towers popping up with little to no tower climbers. One aspect of my work experience which has proven to be both challenging and personally rewarding has been my involvement in all phases of communications towers. That includes the construction and initial setup of the communications equipment. It means doing the climbing and installation on the towers. It means tackling a problem and solving it for a client, doing it right the first timeWhen I started the business, I heard a radio station located in Southern Pines, NC needed someone to run new power lines inside PVC pipe up their AM tower. "Not an easy job" I decided I would quote the work, and I won the contract. Because I didn’t have the necessary tools for my first job, I contracted it out and still turned a reasonable profit. This started a new business venture for me at a much younger age. Over time I did more tower work replacing dilapidated wiring systems, coaxial cables and other tower components, to include but not limited to changing the light bulbs on some of the tallest towers in the area. To include the famous 740 foot Cliffdale Tower located in Fayetteville NC.
