My role at Amerizon Wireless is helping customers with Two Way Radio, Walkie Talkie, Business and Emergency Communication needs. Every day I remind myself that as a Customer Advocate, I will do everything I can, as quickly as I can, to serve my customer’s business needs.I love working with the customers I have in Public Service, Hotel and Restaurant chains, School Districts, Police and Fire Departments, the Military, Manufacturing Plants and others who need wireless communications systems for their businesses or organizations.A great day for me includes talking with customers about their wireless communications needs, Motorola, Vertex and other communications equipment and systems used to improve their businesses and solve business challenges.During my 30+yr career as a sales professional, I learn every day, as well as mentor, train by example and work with fabulous and successful professionals.After 10+ years in outside sales. I wanted to build an inside sales division. The satellite two way radio world was starting to explode into the US markets. I took a chance to contact Mitsubishi Electronics about becoming their U.S. Distributor. I was rejected 8 times before being granted the sole U.S. distributorship. "PERSISTENCE" uncovered a new business, and started an Ecommerce business even before the internet, the internet has improved the business for us. It’s rewarding for me to see our online business grow as we serve our customers with their diverse and even unique wireless communications needs.It’s rewarding seeing our staff serve our customers and to know the hard work we do and the top notch equipment we provide often are used to save lives.In business, honesty is absolutely essential.
