o Led 2-year effort to obtain approval from Louisiana Department of Natural Resources for an alternative type of cavern integrity testing method. Led the design review and based the test method on industry best practices. This alternative test method is much safer and saves our customer several $100,000+/year. Approval for the alternative test was granted in February 2022. o Lead professional engineer review and sign-off responsibilities for the cavern systems in Louisiana. Since 2019, reviewed, signed off, and stamped 40+ cavern integrity reports submitted to Louisiana and Texas Regulators. Hold primary responsibility of the report conclusions based on sound cavern engineering data analysis, job execution, and wireline log interpretation. o Analyze geo-technical data from the 4-Sites (62-caverns, 128-wellbores that store ~700 MMbbl crude oil). Use technical background and engineering skills to make recommendations for how to proceed with technical projects. Communicate these plans with the customer and manage projects to completion. Project lead for remediating wellbores (7 projects) using a sealant and wireline tools to fix problem wells at cost savings of ~ $2 million per well.o Write and manage workover procedures that are executed in the field. Led effort to obtain permit from Regulators on special workover projects. Track daily project execution details to ensure compliance with written procedure and project schedule. Manage oilfield service providers for wireline logging, nitrogen pumping units, sonar surveys, and sealant solutions.o Lead planner and manger for other special projects including plugging and abandoning wells, remediating wells and wellheads, solution mining salt, enhancing brine disposal well injectivity, conducting coiled tubing cleanouts, and asset improvements.
