Working as an independent consultant for businesses within the SME market, managing a variety of assignments including• Business Advisory - Provision of advice on a range of issues including, customer acquisition, pricing, business partnerships and management to an online Gaming start-up business.• IPO Support – Preparation and ongoing advice of the Profitability Improvement Program, for an upcoming IPO in the Community Services sector, to establish the necessary quality improvements initiatives to drive occupancy and investor returns. • Project Management – Managing a new Childcare development including site identification and bidding, architectural design, town planning, traffic engineering, leasing and construction. • Tender Bidding – Preparation and submission of tender documents and subsequent negotiations for electrical contracting services.

Led the Retail business in Victoria. Accountable for revenues of $500M, and PBIT of $170M, across a network of 100 Franchised and 670 Licensed outlets. Commercially managing, leading and inspiring the TAB multi-channel retail network and sales team. Specifically; development and execution of strategy, full operational management, delivery of P&L and EBITDA targets, property and leasing, stakeholder management across business, industry and government.

Led the business development and transformation programs for the Distribution business unit, while providing the Sales Services function. Accountable for Capex of $17M and Opex of $5 . Provide the strategic and thought leadership for the Distribution Leadership Team. Lead the innovation, development and transformation programs for the business with oversight of the supporting functions of Marketing, IT and Regulatory & Compliance. Additionally, deliver the Sales Services functions for wagering across Sales Support, Trade Activation & Business Intelligence.

Led the Virtual Wagering business unit across 5 Domestic and 8 International jurisdictions. Accountable for revenues of $50M and PBIT of $10M. End to end management with full P&L accountability. Charged with securing new profitable markets, improving revenue and profitability of existing clients, provide professional account management services, manage product lifecycle and technical capability, as well as International Licensing and compliance.

Marketing Manager Sport - 2002 to 2004Marketing & CRM Manager - 2005 to 2006Joined Tabcorp to lead the National Marketing for Sports Wagering while managing the Joint Venture arrangements between Tabcorp and the interstate TABs for Sports Wagering, and Tabcorp and Tattersalls for Club Keno. Following the acquisition of the NSW TAB, led the business integration and change management process for Account Sales, and managed the CRM program for the 200,000 customer strong database across the Telephony and Internet channels.
