To assist private sector BDMs with day-to-day queries/issues, assist with each OEM order from start to finish to ensure customer delivery expectations are met, oversee/manage private sector stock/aged debtors and assist with monthly reporting/forecasting for the business unit.

IT Asset Disposal - We provide a fully trackable/auditable IT Asset Disposal Service tailored to our clients’ individual requirements allowing Cirecycling to not only fulfil your legal Duty of Care but also whilst complying with the WEEE Directive. This is all underpinned by our ADISA and ISO Accreditations.

- Supplier Liaison- Order Entry on SAP- Raising purchase orders- Service Delivery- Customer Liaison- Raising quotes- Generating and supplying certification for customers.- Reporting any aged debtors issues- Updating back order reports and reporting any issues

- Booking all site access for field engineers liaising with site providers and landlords through email, telephone or online applications such as WIG and Arqiva for (Link installs, Audits, Installations, Surveys and Dish decom).- Ensure internal schedules are kept up to date with the latest site access information using Even-flow, Cluttons or Sitenet.- Ensure all relevant documentations are completed. RAMs.- Efficiently booking site access within deadlines set.

- Organising transport for Telefonica/O2 and NEC (Collection/Deliveries).- Stock Managing (Planning, disposal and tracking of equipment that is no longer required in its current location).- Completing all relevant paperwork Collection/Delivery notes Inc. RAMs.- Raising quotes for the Project team (Transport of Goods).- Communicating with customers to complete requests that need fulfilling for switch sites.

- Request fulfilment, planning the execution of a request, ticket processing, service asset & configuration management and service catalogue management.- Stock Managing (Planning, disposal and tracking of equipment that is no longer required in its current location).- Producing monthly and bespoke reports for asset and engineering departments.- WEEE Support and planning from Asset retire process- Assist Line Manager with projects and reporting within the asset and engineering departments.- Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments.

- Generating and declaring audit reports for the asset disposal team.- Generating and supplying certification for customers.- Stock Managing (Planning, disposal and tracking of equipment that is no longer required in its current location).- Producing monthly and bespoke reports for asset and engineering departments.- Assist Line Manager with projects and reporting within the asset and engineering departments.- Planning workloads to fulfil customer requisitions.

- Media erasure using Blancco (Certified Data Erasure).- Auditing and Testing IT equipment within the asset disposal team.- Clearing BIOS/UEFI SP/iLOM/ALOM/SC/RSC/BMC.- Complying with ADISA (Asset Disposal and Information Security Alliance) regulations
