Currently a Senior Technology Change Manager at a large federal government agency managing change for several ICT infrastructure transformation and cybersecurity enhancement initiatives. I enhance organisational change absorption and change capabilities, mentor Portfolio students, coach Executive and Program staff and improve return on Program investment via strategic change and benefits management.

Employed as a Senior Change and Communication Manager in the Enterprise Change Management Office for a large federal government agency. My role was to oversee change and benefits management across 15+ projects within a $120M ICT infrastructure Program, provide senior executive change management and business development advice, enhance business engagement, improve business processes, minimise risk to business continuity, provide a coordinated and holistic view of change and ensure proactive execution of change in a planned, systematic fashion.

Manage change within the Department, expand the uptake of the CRM and help realise the benefits for the Single Business Service grant management platform and support the delivery of the Streamlining Grants Administration Initiative. I developed frameworks and tools (based on Prosci’s ADKAR model) to build the change management capability within the Department and enable the seamless implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Grant Program Management Platform across the Department. I was the dedicated Change Manager for the Centre for Defence Industry Capability Centre (CDIC), a $230m, 10-year initiative transforming the Defence and Industry relationship through facilitating innovation and development.

Delivered whole-of-government authentication services, developed the AusIndustry Business Service offering and promoted the uptake across government through the development of defined value propositions, service catalogues, engagement frameworks, roles and responsibilities documentation and a capability improvement plan. I established, developed and managed relationships with senior, high-profile stakeholders across multiple Commonwealth agencies in the Business grants hub under the Streamlining Grants Administration initiative. I established project management functions for the on-boarding of agencies to the Business Grants Hub with the outcome being a repeatable and structured way of transitioning existing programs and implementing new programs onto the Business Grants Hub whilst better monitoring resources.I was responsible for the on-boarding of Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development (DIRD) for the Building Better Regions Fund ($481m) and Regional Jobs and Investment Packages ($221m) granting programs.

I developed key, strategic partnerships across government and private enterprise, improving digital transformation through whole-of-government authentication services.• Increased usage from < 1 million to over 120 million transactions and expanded the client base from 5 to 50+ agencies across all tiers of government and software-as-a-service companies.• Delivered on the Government’s Cloud First Agenda• Developed the value proposition, processes and marketing collateral for VANguard • Performed a pivotal role in the delivery of whole-of-government, Council of Australian Government (COAG) initiatives by successfully delivering authentication services for the Australian Tax Office – Standard Business Reporting (including State and Territory Revenue Offices) | The Shared Service Centre – Parliamentary Document Management System including 20+ Commonwealth agencies | The Department of Education – Unique Student Identifier program | The National Disability Insurance Agency – National Disability Insurance Scheme

Managed a team of up to 20 staff on the Tier 2 Service Desk providing ICT services to business areas across Parliament House, including Minister Offices, Senators, Members, and their staff.Managed numerous ICT hardware contracts, supplier contract negotiations and supplier performance.
