Current-Create models and write programs in government proprietary tools to test updates comparing old and new versions and utilize attention to detail to document processes and outcomes for future analysis and use.-Collaborate with quality assurance, mechanical team, engineers and chemists in lab testing to ensure thermal temperatures meet expectations in real life scenarios -Test cable and wire connections utilizing odometer device to ensuring that updates and repairs met expectations or identify potential fixes for ongoing problems-Proposed cost effective models and brands to reduce costs through researching options and presenting recommendations and options to Quality Assurance (QA) on next steps.-Identify problem areas by testing thermal and electrical properties and biological deterioration and performing nondestructive testing to recommend operations improvements to clients-Analyzed product metrics utilizing computer testing tools in collaboration with operations mechanic technicians (OMT) to identify error codes, debug and install updating from old versions to meet current voltage standards -Updated Windows and Linux operating systems and management technologies by connecting two systems to test vulnerabilities and identify program update needs to protect data and equipment and prevent hacking attempts
