Perform necessary operations dealing with the cable system and subscriber. Install descrambling devices, converters, and secondary outlets including telephone lines for the digital converter boxes. Demonstrate and explain converter operation to subscriber. Collect or exchange converters and collect funds from subscribers as required. Operate necessary hand tools and vehicles as required. Climb poles and ladders. Ability to diagnose and resolve RF related service problems from the house to the tap. Certified in Telephony Installation as well. As an installer I had to deal with many different customer daily. Here is where my previous experience really paid off.

Courtesy Clerks provide a high level of customer service and practice safe food handling procedures. As a courtesy clerk I worked in the grocery department. I was responsible for bagging customer’s orders, assisting the customers to their cars, assisting the customer to product location, retrieve shopping carts, return merchandise to store shelves, sweep and mop floors, clean spills and damaged products, and provided other routine store maintenance.
