 Maintains current working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW), including add-onmodules such as eCW Dental and CCMR/PMH. Trains and assists eCW users as needed, including providers and front and backoffice staff. Acts as primary liaison with eClinicalWorks support. Coordinates with APLA IT Manager for eCW updates and upgrades. Assists with troubleshooting of scanner, printer, and signature pad interfaces, aswell as lab and other interfaces with eCW. Ensures that eCW is set up and utilized to allow clinic to achieve meaningful useas well as incentives based on clinical measures; creates templates and ordersets for users based on optimal workflow. Manages patient portal and Healow app; ensures full functionality of check inkiosks and payment systems as appropriate. Leads the implementation of EHR-based technologies during clinics’ work towardPCMH certification, including the use of CCMR for care teams. Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
