Patient Care Technician
As a patient care coordinator it was my job to ensure the safety of the patients while administering treatments. Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments were administered daily to treat various forms of treatment resistant depression and anxiety symptoms. Ensuring proper and effective treatments daily. Such as proper coil contact, the patients comfort, as well as report any increase or decrease in depressive or anxious symptoms, as well as monitor the symptoms daily. Also while working this position it was my job to work well with administrative team. Assisting the office with many different administrative roles. Such as assisting with intake information and inquiries, scheduling patients to the proper calendar as needed, relying any messages or inquires from patients to doctors. Other roles I attributed to in this office included, obtaining vital signs, collecting lab test samples, collecting weekly questionnaires that reflected any progress in depressive or anxious symptoms from patients. General administrative assistant role. I also acted as a technician administering infusion therapy for treatment resistant patients. As well monitor the behavior and safety during infusion therapy.
